SUKKUR:Vicky Kumar, who was kidnapped from Dadwai Road Shikarpur airmax 10 days ago, was safely rescued after an encounter with the kidnappers in Sahib Dino Jatoi village situated in Faizoo police station limits on Saturday evening. Police also arrested one of the kidnappers, Samiullah Badani Jatoi, and recovered a Kalashnikov rifle from his possession during the encounter.
