He is a firefighter with the Las Vegas Fire Department.Capt. Chris Jones with the Robbery and Homicide Bureau said George Tiaffay, 40, and Noel Stevens, 37, face charges in the death of Shauna Tiaffay, whose body was fou nb nd in her home.George Tiaffay called police about 9:15 a.m. Sept. 29 to report the death at the Willowbrook Apartments, 2601 S.
