ISLAMABAD:In a significant development, the country rsquo s elections oversight authority has issued notifications for the appointment of Returning Officers (ROs), District Retu adidas spezial gris rning Officers (DROs), and Assistant Returning Officers (AROs) for 859 constituencies across national and provincial legislatures.The Ele jordan mid ction Commission of Pakistan (ECP) released the notifications on Monday, appointing officials tasked with overseeing the electoral process.As per one notification, the ECP has designated the Islamabad deputy commissioner as the DRO for the federal capital.The polls supervisory body has appointed 36 DROs for the National Assembly and provincial assembly seats in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) province 41 DROs in Punjab province 30 DROs in Sindh province and 36 DROs in Balochistan province.The ECP has appointed a total of 266 ROs and AROs for the National A af1 blanche ssembly seats.
