KARACHI:Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar has summoned nike force 1 the education secretary in person today (Saturday) to explain why an alternative place along with other facilities was not provided to children studying at a footpath school near the shrine of Abd nike af1 men ullah Shah Ghazi in Clifton.The matter is being heard at the Supreme Court (SC) since the CJP took suo motu notice of it. During the hearing on Friday, Justice Nisar observed that the court had directed the education secretary to personally visit the school and provide an alternative space and other facilities to the children, however, apparently no steps had been taken.The top judge told Advocate-General (AG) Barrister Zamir Ghumro to inform the secretary to come prepared to answer the court's queries.
