MULTAN:The five-day hepatitis screening camp in Multan district ended on Saturday. According to the health departm adidas spezial ent, around 2,140 people were diagnosed with hepatitis.Reportedly, 8,560 people were tested during the five-day screening that took place in the district. Around 1,934 people tested positive for hepatitis C while 206 people tested positive for hepatitis B. The number showed that 3,435 people were tested at District Headquarter Hospital Shehbaz Sharif Hospital, Multan out of which 277 tested positive for hepatitis C and 56 tested positive for hepatitis B.
