LAHORE:Justice Atir Mahmood of Lahore High Court disposed of a petition seeking disqualification of Haq Nawaz Jhangvi's son MPA Masroor Nawaz Jhangvi and directed the election tribunal to look into the representation against him.Justice Atir Mahmood took up a petition f new balance 420 iled by Muzafar Abbas, a voter of PP-78, challenging the decision of the election tribunal. The petitioner contended that the election tribunal dismissed the petition he had filed seeking disqualificati dunks brown on of MPA Masroor Nawaz Jhangvi as non-maintainable.
