ISLAMABAD:The Parliamentary Committee on Judges Appointment has refused to endorse one of the candidates nominated by the Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) to be appointed as a judge at the Peshawar High Court (PHC).The JCP on July 1 approved five names for appointment as additional judges at the PHC, despite reservations of superior bars.
