On the occasion of Pakistan s Defence day, COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) launched聽 the second phase of Adopt a Tree for the Future , plantation drive in which approximately 1,500 trees were planted. A Peace-walk was also held starting from the entrance gate of the university to Junaid Zaidi Central Library, to mark the Martyrs Day. Earlier on August 14, CUI had launched the first phase of this tree plantation drive in collaboration with Capital Development Authority (CDA) and Isl gazelle adidas uomo amabad Metropolitan Corporation (IMC), in which around 2,500 trees were planted at the site o adidas samba original f Koral Chowk. In total, over 30,000 trees were planted by CUI s se jordan4 ven campuses including Islamabad, Lahore, Wah, Attock, Sahiwal, Vehari and Abbottabad.
